Taiyoh Shonen Django Part 4

By Shade Man.exe

Unknown Location

“Perfect. Now we will see if our little procedure has worked.”

Location: Outside the Stadium

Shade Man, possessed by the dark soul, fired off everything he had, attempting to destroy Django.

But Django had seen the dark soul before. He knew that he just had to survive 30 seconds. 30 seconds, and than he could destroy Shade Man once and for all.

And the Dark Soul remained strong, unrelenting, and unfading.

Unknown Location

“Cheers gentlemen. Now let us unleash him onto the net. Our perfect soldier shall do what our previous soldiers could not.”

Location: Outside the stadium

Django breathed heavily, exhausted.

“impossibile…..”

But he could not stop. He ran as fast as he could, the blasts from Shade Man’s attacks becoming ever more accurate.

But then something happened.

The blasts stopped. Django dared to look behind him.

Shade Man wasn’t moving. He stood still, though Django thought it looked as if Shade Man was struggling to move, as if some force restricted him.

“We thank you, Solar Boy. Your service has been most appreciated in awakening the Dark Soul.” A voice said from seemingly nowhere.

“che cosa significate?”

“Mr. Solar Boy, if you must speak, speak in a language we can understand.” The voice answered.

Django breathed in deeply. “What do you mean?”

“Simple. We brought you here for the sole purpose of activating the Dark Soul.”

“Why?”

“You see that the dark soul refuses to fade?”

Django nodded, staring at Shade Man, who continued to struggle.

“You have us to thank for that."

“What!?” Django yelled.

“Actually, you have Nebula to thank for that. We merely continued the project they so foolishly discontinued.

Django searched his memory. He remembered hearing Nebula from somewhere, but he couldn’t quite put his finger on it.

“And thanks to you, we will be able to unleash our perfect soldier onto the net. For that we thank you.”

“I can still destroy him”

“Very well than, we shall see how well you do. Farewell, Solar Boy.”

With that, a portal appeared. Shade Man stepped into it, though whether or not it was of his own accord was could not be seen.

Django swallowed, with an audible gulp and muttered one thing before he rushed into the portal.

“Maggio il sole lo protegge”
